SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Occupancy: 8 - Beds for 10 guests, additional guests please inquire before booking)

Every bedroom features ample hooks, ceiling fans, blackout shades, full-length mirrors, sound machines, laundry baskets, hangers, charging ports, and nightstands w/ lamps. A smart TV is provided in the Living Room and the 3rd Level Playroom. There are no TV's in the bedrooms.



UPPER LEVEL:

- Primary Bedroom: Queen bed

- Bonus room off the Primary includes a trundle bed (2 twin beds), perfect for extra guests or little ones. This room also offers office space, including a desk (w/ electric stand desk option) and an ergonomic office chair.

- Turret Room: Bunk beds (low profile—hold up to 400 lbs, suitable for adults). Dresser, No closet, but includes a hanging bar, and plenty of hooks.

- Guest Room: Queen bed

Shared Hall Bathroom: Tub/shower combo w/ dual shower heads. Plenty of hooks and a huge vanity cabinet mirror. Basic amenities and a hair dryer are also provided.



TOP FLOOR: RECOMMENDED FOR 7 years old or older

Play Zone- fun space designed for kids ages 7 and older—complete w/ TV, art supplies (including scissors), and age-appropriate toys. We strongly recommend that children be supervised and not left alone in this space.



MAIN LEVEL:

- Guest Room: Queen bed

- Full bathroom - Walk-in shower, spacious, a variety of hanging options, large mirrored cabinet, hair dryer, basic amenities, off the kitchen/hall.

- Laundry Area: Full-size washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, and cleaning supplies - acts as a mud room coming in from the back of the house.

Small Pets Considered. Prior approval must be obtained before booking.

Pet accommodation fee $20 per night per pet. No pets are allowed on furniture at any time; pets must not be left alone in the house unless crated, and guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Failure to follow these rules will result in a minimum $300 mediation and cleaning fee and may affect your ability to book future stays.
