For over 100 years, this charming and completely renovated Villa Cocotte has welcomed guests to a tranquil retreat surrounded by woods and distant villas. Perfect for a relaxing holiday on a budget, the value for money really is unbeatable.

You can park your car in the carport and enjoy ample space for games such as pétanque right outside the house. Enjoy the breathtaking views over fields and plantations from the roof balconies and let your gaze wander to the horizon. This traditionally built country house has different levels, shaded terraces, a natural garden and numerous potted plants, all of which contribute to its unique character. The pool provides refreshing relaxation, complemented by a practical outdoor bathroom. Imagine rolling the sturdy barbecue to your favourite spot and enjoying a delicious meal.

Choose between upstairs rooms with breathtaking views of rural Mallorca or a cosy downstairs room with easy access to the bathroom and kitchen. Everyone can gather in the TV and fireplace lounge, dining area and country kitchen, where plates await your delicious creations. The earthy, rustic décor creates the perfect setting for savouring meals paired with fine wines from the nearby Miquel Oliver winery in Petra. Recharge your batteries in this relaxed and secluded atmosphere.

It's peaceful and quiet: Cocotte is just a few kilometres from Ariany. Both Artà and Sineu exude their medieval charm during a relaxed (shopping) stroll with short coffee breaks; there is also a supermarket and a weekly market nearby. The beautiful beaches of Badia d'Alcúdia are only 25 km away.
