What do you value most about your holiday villa on Mallorca? Proximity to the beach? Good hiking trails in the area? Long sunbathing sessions? A quiet location? Nice restaurants by the sea within walking distance? If you don't want to miss out on any of this, Villa Mar i Cel could be just the thing for you. The smaller of the two covered terraces at the entrance gives you a taste of the cosiness that awaits you in your holiday home. The larger rear veranda houses an inviting outdoor dining area for long candlelit sittings deep into the warm summer nights. The nearby pool area is sheltered from the wind, so you can enjoy your meals here right next to the barbecue. Need to be even closer to the sun? Simply climb the outside stairs to the perfectly positioned roof terrace of your holiday villa. The marvellous view of the sea is here for free!

The ground-floor living area is well laid out and has a beautiful living and dining room. It is equipped with a fireplace and air conditioning. The windows offer a marvellous view of the garden and the nearby foothills of Ferrutx, a wonderful place for hiking. Both the living room and the adjoining kitchen have direct access to the spacious veranda. One of the three bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with bathtub. Villa Mar i Cel is part of the residential area of Colònia de Sant Pere on the east coast of Mallorca. The marina, small supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The long natural beach of Colònia de Sant Pere is just a 6-minute drive from the holiday home. The beautiful town of Artà can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
