This beautiful holiday home on Mallorca is surrounded by lush trees and the view of the surrounding landscape from the front could hardly be more enchanting. Next to the tall palm tree, you'll immediately want to set up camp and enjoy a book and your favourite drink on one of the comfortable loungers. Carry on! There's plenty of space on the lawn for long hours of relaxation, and the children who have come along will certainly enjoy the space to run around! On warm days there is of course no stopping for refreshment, the long pool invites you to do a few lengths or splash around. The pool is very easy to reach via a corner staircase and then slopes gently downwards. Swimming with a mountain view! The stylishly furnished, open or covered terrace areas invite you to relax right next to the house. Here, the distances to the kitchen & co. are short, without compromising on the view of the greenery.

The interior of the house is also inviting: plenty of harmony in the form of perfectly arranged shapes, materials and colours as well as many light-flooded, floor-to-ceiling windows create an atmosphere of pure cosiness. Comfortable upholstered furniture invites you to celebrate relaxation inside with a beautiful view outside. Whether the fireplace or the TV (or both) provides cosiness on a chilly evening is entirely up to you. Perhaps it's a good conversation and a delicious glass of red wine that will make your time together even more enjoyable? From here, there is a seamless transition to the dining area and the adjoining, fully equipped kitchen, where everything is ready for self-catering. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on this lower floor. On the upper floor there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The bedrooms also boast floor-to-ceiling windows and a stunning view. It should be clear by now: If you value style and comfort and want to enjoy the most beautiful countryside views on your holiday, this finca in Mallorca is the place for you!

A dream home in Mallorca conveniently located for attractive excursion destinations and the beach? This is it! From here you can easily travel in different directions and at the same time feel at home in the very tastefully furnished finca and enjoy the beautiful garden. The village is a good 5 km away for shopping. The bay of Alcúdia with its 16 km long chain of beaches is also just a short drive away and offers a varied programme of activities.
