Villa "Cododrilo" offers a private oasis in the quiet village of Cielo de Bonaire, close to Alcúdia. Surrounded by trees, the garden offers an excellent level of privacy so that you can fully relax.

The pool area has comfortable sun loungers where you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun, while the terracotta tiles and blue pool accents create an inviting atmosphere. Enjoy your meals on the raised terrace, top up on vitamin D or treat yourself to a candlelit dinner after barbecuing on the grill.

Inside, the villa continues to impress. The spacious kitchen with its elegant, walnut-coloured counter is perfect for preparing meals with the high-quality equipment. Enjoy your creations at the dining table next to a large panoramic window with a view of the greenery. The spiral staircase leads to a cosy balcony and an additional kitchen and bathroom on the upper floor. The four bedrooms on the ground floor include three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom. With three bathrooms, two of which have a bathtub, the "Cododrilo" villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm for a relaxing getaway.
