Woodstock and Kingston offers many great restaurants and Breweries including Blue dot and Keegan Ales.For those who love museums Kingston was the first Capital of NY state and has the former senate house,Maritime Museum.Summer creek swimming in the Esopus creek by Big Deep which is less than 10mins from our Cabin.Many trails which are less than 20minsSojourner truth rail Ashokan rail trail,Overlook Mountain,relaxing walk by the water at cooper Lake,or Ashokan reservoir and immersing yourself in arts and culture of Opus 40.If visiting during the weekend Woodstock has Mower’s flea market with antiques,arts and local crafts while Kingston offers a great Farmer’s Market on Saturdays.
