This was a great location that fit all 7 of us friends getting together for a reunion in Atlanta. Seems newly renovated. The back porch had space for hanging outside, lots of beds, large living areas, great kitchen space, lovely bathrooms. Just a few quirks to be aware of—we didn’t get check in instructions so messaged the host to get the code, the kitchen is not well stocked (difficult to cook large meals without enough pots/pans/oven mits, but there’s a Kroger nearby), the yard is not kept trimmed so couldn’t play on the grass at all, missing some basics like handsoap, and the bunk beds are broken (pieces sticking out that poked our guests) so ask about those ahead of time. The neighbors were definitely annoyed with us being outside laughing on the back porch after 10, so consider moving things inside by 10 at the latest to be considerate.
