We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

>No events
>No smoking inside
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - per city ordinance
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation

>Pets must be accompanied at all times and picked up after

>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.

Needed a place large enough for my family to stay when my daughter graduated. The house fit the bill perfectly! Everyone had their own rooms and plenty of bathroom options. Couch was large and the open layout to the kitchen made everyone feel included. We were able to cook meals for all and celebrate the occasion BBQing and watching the kids swim in the pool. Stores were close by. We arrived in town earlier than expected but found a park to fill the afternoon. All in all a wonderful stay and weekend we'll remember forever.
