Escape to La Vita Sukha: a fairytale in the stunning rolling hills of Puglia. Perched above the storybook village of Roseto Valfortore, this beautiful, private 5-bedroom villa is a sun-soaked sanctuary designed for people seeking beauty, tranquillity, and a deeply restorative Italian summer. Surrounded by nature and fresh mountain air, it offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

Whether you're a family, a group of friends, remote workers, wellness seekers or a creative team, this is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the magic of southern Italy - without parties, noise or chaos.

Roseto Valfortore is peaceful, authentic and rich in history, far from mass tourism. The ancient historic centre is close by, with cosy bars, restaurants and a traditional bakery. You’re also within reach of the spectacular Gargano coastline for beaches, snorkelling, paddleboarding, kitesurfing and crystal-clear water. Scenic mountain trails begin right on the doorstep.

Inside, the villa features spacious communal areas, dedicated workspaces and peaceful nooks (all bedrooms have desks). Fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout. Built with love and intention, it’s bright and welcoming, with panoramic mountain views that shift beautifully throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking together, while the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area invite long, laughter-filled evenings under the stars. Yoga classes and massage/beauty treatments are available on request.

The private pool is the heart of summer life here - perfect for cooling off, sunbathing, and soaking in the peace. The property also includes over an acre of land, plus a fitness room, a games room, and laundry facilities.

Designed for comfort and flexibility, the villa accommodates 15 guests in standard configuration and up to 20 guests if people are happy to share rooms. Ideal for family gatherings, groups of friends, wellness workshops, coworkation weeks and creative residencies.

Your host lives discreetly within the villa, along with Chopin the cat. This ensures the gardens are cared for, the pool is maintained, and you always have a friendly local around if you need anything - while still enjoying full privacy in the rest of the home. Many guests find this reassuring and enriching.

Past guests have described us as: "a peaceful oasis with unforgettable views”, “the perfect place for our extended family holiday”, and “calm, beautiful, spacious - the ideal Italian summer escape.” We can't wait to welcome you to this magical land.
