Accommodation description:
Looking for an extraordinary Austrian hideaway? Unwind in total luxury at this resort guesthouse right on the shores of lake Neusiedlersee—one of Europe’s largest steppe lakes. Wake up to serene views of reeds and water, and relax in your private sauna. The resort features a beach bar, a restaurant, a 'Greißlerei' (shop) with local products, and plenty of watersports like SUP and kiting. Free Wi-Fi and complimentary parking on-site are included
The guesthouse with sauna is located in a beautiful holiday park in the charming village of Breitenbrunn in Burgenland, with views of lake Neusiedlersee—a sight that never gets tiring. Here, it’s all about relaxing, enjoying, and completely unwinding!

The holiday park is well equipped: savor local specialties in the cozy restaurant, discover fresh regional products in the quaint ‘Greißlerei' (shop), or settle down at the beach bar for a drink as the sun gradually sets over the lake. In the mood for action? You can surf, sail, kite, or paddleboard here, and the park also offers sports fields and green meadows for a more active experience. The surroundings are equally special. Lake Neusiedlersee and its expansive reed fields form a unique UNESCO nature reserve, ideal for various outdoor activities.

During the winter months, the lake transforms into an atmospheric setting for both action and relaxation. When it freezes, you can skate and ice sail on the beautiful natural ice, and then unwind in the heated outdoor pools and saunas of the nearby St. Martins Therme, all while enjoying the views of the lake and nature reserve. The perfect mix of ice fun and wellness!

Here, you stay right in the heart of nature, with all the comforts within reach. Rest or adventure? Action or relaxation? Everything is allowed, nothing is required. You set the pace—and that makes this place so special!
