Overall the stay was good. I might say the photos are not representative of the actual age of things at the house but it was clean. Trash was almost full on arrival but we made it work. The yard had not been mowed. The house did have some plumbing issues and at the insistence of VRBO were corrected in a timely manner. The company also mowed the yard. I would say if someone is looking for a basic home, nothing fancy, so long as the plumbing issues are fully resolved the house and pool are fine. It has the potential to be a nice place. VRBO really stepped in to resolve the issues quickly with the management company. So our vacation was saved.

It was very nice home

Good.

The house was a great size for our family of 8, plenty of room, sleeping space, common area. For checkin, the property manager reached had great communication. However when we arrived the gate code was wrong. Also, the air conditioning did not cool and the hot tub did not heat. We called and texted maintenance. Never got a call back. Stayed for 4 days, called & left messages every day and no response. Noone called, noone came to the house. Luckily it was unseasonably cool, but it was very disappointing.
