What makes this place special is the balance it offers. It’s set in a quiet, street of Rosebud, yet only a short walk to the beach, cafes, shops, and the foreshore. You can leave the car parked and enjoy everything on foot.

Days start with an easy walk to the beach and end back in a peaceful, private setting. The home feels relaxed and unhurried, with space to switch off, enjoy the fresh coastal air, and settle into a slower pace. It’s the kind of place where you arrive, exhale, and immediately feel at ease.

Whether you’re here for long beach walks, time with family, or simply to unwind, the combination of calm surroundings and unbeatable location makes it an easy place to return to.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases and doona covers for beds.
