This newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home was thoughtfully designed with modern finishes, open living spaces, and plenty of room for family and friends to stretch out and relax. Located just 5 -10 minutes from some of Tampa`s most popular attractions, such as Raymond James Stadium, Steinbrenner Field, International Mall, Armature Works, Hyde Park, and downtown Tampa, the `Cherry St Chateau` is the perfect home base for those looking to explore all that the beautiful and exciting city of Tampa has to offer.
The Space
Inside, you’ll find all-new everything – from high end furnishings to a fully equipped kitchen with sparkling stainless steel appliances. Kick back in the living room and enjoy movie night on the huge flat-screen Smart TV with a sound bar, or gather around the dining table for a home-cooked meal.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Master Suite – King bed, his & hers walk-in closets, private balcony, and en-suite bath with double vanity.
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with jack & jill bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 – Two full beds, perfect for kids or friends.
This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

- Pets: this home is pet friendly, cost is $75 per pet per stay
- Smoking: absolutely no smoking inside the home or on the property. Smoking will result in a $500 fine
- Security cameras: there are 2 exterior security cameras at the home: one on the front porch and one by the garage.
- Alarm: there is an alarm system that guests can request a temporary code to. It will otherwise stay disarmed
- Parking: there is a private 2 car garage that can be accessed from the back alleyway behind the home. There is also free street parking in the front of the home
- This home is a half duplex and shares a wall with unit #2 next door
- Laundry: the home has a private washer and dryer with complimentary laundry pods, dryer sheets, and scent boosters
Please adhere to neighborhood `quiet hours` which are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Place was absolutely spotless with beautiful modern accommodations! The neighborhood was quiet. Having a garage to park in offered an extra sense of security. Easy 11 minute drive to Raymond James Stadium. Recommend SpotHero for stadium parking.

We had a great stay at this property! It’s located on a quiet street which made it quiet and peaceful. The house itself is spaces and comfortable and the kitchen is stocked very well with cooking equipment which made preparing meals very easy. We also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer and we were pleasantly surprised that laundry soap was provided, such a thoughtful touch!

The property was beautiful-obviously a new build. It was well stocked with all the things and the home was very comfortable and pretty. The only downside was the surrounding areas were a little questionable…a lot of foot traffic and car traffic during the late night hours but the street was quiet and we were not disturbed.
