If you want comfort, convenience and a smart base for exploring the Mont-Blanc Valley, this new-build apartment in Le Fayet hits the mark. Everything is fresh, modern and finished to a high standard.

Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan living space with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV and a dining area that feels relaxed and practical. The fully fitted kitchen comes with new appliances and a central island, making cooking easy whether you’re here for a weekend or a longer stay.

You’ll have access to hotel-style support too. Our team handles check-ins and check-outs, with late arrivals covered by a secure lockbox and clear instructions. Extra linen, mid-stay cleans and continental breakfast delivery can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

The apartment has private underground garage parking (there is a boot warmer in here too), fast wifi, central heating, a flat-screen TV with netflix and a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen.
It sits on the second floor, accessible by stairs or a spacious lift. The living area opens onto a balcony with views of the Valléen lift, the Fiz mountain range and the TMB tram rolling past.

It’s an easy place to settle in and enjoy the valley. You’re next to the entrance of the historic Thermal Parc, ideal if you’re visiting the spa or attending events in the park. Lac de Passy is just a seven-minute drive away, giving you even more to explore.

A solid base. A great location. Everything you need for a relaxed stay in the Alps.
