The house also has free WIFI internet access.Pets are not allowed.The garden with garden furniture is at your disposal. Barbecue facilities are available in summer. Private parking is available in the courtyard in front of the gîte.In the village you will find all the shops you need: bakery, grocery shop, hairdresser, beauty salon and many nice restaurants. Nearby you'll also find the casino and its spa centre.At the heart of the famous Alsatian vineyards, Bergheim is a small medieval town that still retains a large part of its walls. It's well worth taking the time to explore these delightful surroundings. From its flourishing past, Bergheim has preserved some Renaissance houses, but above all its ramparts flanked by towers; this is undoubtedly one of the best examples of fortifications still in existence in Alsace. In memory of its turbulent history, the Musée des Sorcières (Witches' Museum) has been set up to teach you about the journeys of these accused women. A magnificent model of Bergheim is also on display.You can also visit the pretty Alsatian villages, the wine route and the towns of Colmar, Sélestat, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé and Strasbourg.
