Welcome to Dee by the Sea! This inviting, all one‑level three‑bedroom condo in Corolla offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Located just a short walk from the beach with easy public crossover access, it makes getting to the ocean a breeze. Guests will love having two covered parking spots and an outdoor shower conveniently located near the pool. The large common area around the pool and the spacious outdoor porch with seating create ideal spaces to relax after a day in the sun.
Inside, the condo features an open kitchen, living, and dining area, along with three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The queen bedroom and the queen bedroom with an XL trundle share a full hallway bath, while the king bedroom offers a private full ensuite. A washer and dryer add everyday convenience, and an outdoor deck overlooks the shared community pool for peaceful morning coffee or evening unwinding.
The location adds even more appeal, with walking access to a grocery store, ice cream shop, brew pub, horse tours, and a fishing store, all connected by a marked crosswalk with pedestrian signals. The condo was efficient for our stay. Only downside was the pillows for the king bed were not very comfortable. The pool area was very convenient and enjoyable.
