Romantic Attic Retreat with Panoramic Terrace, Steps from the Lake
RIALTOQUATTRO – A romantic panoramic retreat in the heart of the village of Cerro.
An intimate and private space, ideal for a couple, just a short walk from the lake, the small harbour and the beach.
The attic has its own independent entrance and is located on the top floor of a traditional three-level house. It is accessed via an original external wooden staircase, which is quite steep and therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or young children.
The lake, harbour and beach, as well as restaurants and bars, a grocery shop, a children's playground and a sailing school, are all within easy walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the village without needing a car.
Private parking is available on request directly in front of the house (suitable for small cars); alternatively, a large public car park is located about 100 metres away.
THE ATTIC – up to 2 guests
Equipped with air conditioning, the attic includes a dining area with kitchenette, equipped with a table, refrigerator, sink, microwave and induction cooktop, a spacious double bedroom with open views over the lake and mountains, and a bathroom with shower overlooking the greenery.
The real highlight is the large panoramic terrace, accessed from outside the accommodation and furnished with a dining table for 4–6 people, a large umbrella and sun loungers. It is an ideal space for outdoor breakfasts, relaxing moments or sunset aperitifs, with beautiful views over the lake, the village and the surrounding mountains.
RIALTOQUATTRO is ideally located for visiting the Borromean Islands, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, Angera Castle and the Sasso del Ferro cable car.
Laveno Mombello is about a 10-minute drive away and offers a wider choice of shops, restaurants, bars and other services, as well as the ferry terminal connecting the two shores of Lake Maggiore, including car ferry services.
