The high ceilings and large windows create an inviting, light-flooded atmosphere, while the living room with a fan and window blinds provides cooling and shade on hot days. The open gallery, which serves as a bedroom, offers a separate toilet and washbasin as well as air conditioning with water cooling, which requires careful use.

The accommodation is part of a spacious park with a swimming pool for shared use, embedded in the historic and impressive Art Deco style of the 19th century.
