A large communal swimming pool is available to guests of the residence. There is also a small children's pool. The shops are all within a short distance of the flat. The town centre is just 500 m away. The small town is set in a natural landscape with fantastic beaches, such as Gigaro beach. The islands of Levant and Port-Cros lie opposite.
