The Space:
Step into this nautical-inspired condo style unit featuring 2 Queen sized beds, fully-equipped kitchen, and stylish living space with a pull-out Queen sofa couch. Enjoy the convenience of amenities, such as Wi-Fi and and 3 Smart TV's, making it easy to stay connected and entertained during your stay.
The open-concept living area flows seamlessly onto the inviting outdoor patio, where you can savor alfresco dining with the provided BBQ and outdoor furniture. This tranquil space is perfect for enjoying La Jolla's coastal climate and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is rustic without a dishwasher and the fireplace is decorative. Private Laundry outside in the back. This unit is an amazing peaceful and private unit, however it's located on La Jolla Blvd so there is moderate traffic at times for the noise sensitive(master bedroom is much better). There is a wall AC in the living area and smaller bedroom but not in the master which cools the unit well overall. However during the hotter months of summer, it may not be as optimal as the other rooms just in case you may need it significantly cooler. Ceiling fans in all in all rooms.
Guest Access:
This is a private space, with an outdoor area. The outdoor space is south facing and a great place to relax on a warm & sunny La Jolla afternoon.

Located in the Marine Street Beach area with on street park on Genter street.
Other Things to Note:
House Rules:
1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. Excessive noise at any time of day is not permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times, especially between 9 PM and 9 AM.
3. Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests should not exceed the maximum occupancy specified or preapproved by management.
4. No smoking inside units.
House Rules are Strictly Enforced!
