This is a beautiful home and the interior design is straight out of a magazine. However, I don’t think it’s well maintained because we had issues with the AC, washing machine, dishwasher and stove. The host was responsive and got all the issues addressed except for the dishwasher which needed a part ordered.Having to deal with these issues was very frustrating. I assumed that since this is a relatively new home and at the price we were paying that we wouldn’t have to deal with stuff like this. If the owners put a better preventative maintenance plan in place, this would be a five star property.

WOnderful stay and Jennifer was very accomodating. Great food and market near by, very walkable.

Beautiful place with great location. Private, with easy quick walk to beach and boat rental. Beach wagon and supplies were great. Nice pool area and great to have heated since it was chilly when we were there. Lacking on some basic kitchen supplies - cookie sheets, mixing bowls, etc. Lots of room to spread out. Full over full was great for the bunks! Lack of board games and similar but liked ping pong table and outdoor TV!

Communication from the host was very insightful and helpful before we got to Siesta Key. Very helpful in aligning golf cart and places that would make our stay easier and more enjoyable. The property was beyond what was expected. Very neat, clean and welcoming as you walk into the door. All the little extras that make it feel that you are at a 5 star resort. Would recommend for a family, couples or girlfriend getaway…to relax by the pool and hot tub and enjoy time together. Many places to eat and shop just a short walk or golf cart ride from your property, beaches close by too.
