The village of Chianni is about 6 km away and offers all essential amenities, including restaurants serving local cuisine, a small supermarket, laundromat, and cafés.



The house is at the front of the complex and features a private terrace of about 40 m², perfect for enjoying long summer evenings. Beneath the traditional Tuscan gazebo, you'll find a dining table and barbecue. The three homes share a spacious communal garden with a pool and sun loungers. Excellent Wi-Fi is available, ideal for streaming.

In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, this former farmhouse is now home to three vacation rentals. Authentic details have been carefully restored. Each house features a private terrace, and guests share a beautiful garden with a pool, open from the end of April to the beginning of October—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
