This 13m² studio sleeps 2 people and is located on the 7th floor of the Nova 4 residence (equipped with a lift).

Includes a shower cubicle and a separate toilet.

Fully equipped with electric hobs, a combination oven/microwave, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

THE RESIDENCE NOVA
It's located between the Villards' village and the Charvet's village, close to the residences Tournavelles and at the bottom of the ski departure where you'll can take the "Vagère" charlift or the "Villards" eggs.
The residence has a covered car park (additional charges) with an easy access by lift.
You'll find a stop bus at the bottom of the car park or the Villards' terminus at 200 meters.
The shuttles are free and they circulate every 20 minutes the winter and all the hours the summer.
You'll also find the ESF ski school at 20 meters, the nearest supermarket is at 100 meters in the Villards' village like bars and restaurants.
You'll reach the Tourism Office and the medical center about 7 minutes' walk.

Nice simple apartment. Managed by Cis Immobilier agency a few minutes walk from the apartment. Welcome pack with the essentials. Easy late check in and early check out. Few minutes walk from ski lifts. Worth noting the agency do discounted lift pass and ski rental but needs to be booked in advance and the information to book any extras was provided after the deadline so worth contacting them in advance. Large deposit of £400 on card verification but they don’t take the money in advance. Very good price for when I stayed.
