It was easy access and close to the Bikefest.
The house needs a couch or something to sit on. With it being as hot as it was we spent a lot of time in the house. The chairs it was were not really comfortable. Plus the house sleeps 8 but it only has like 4 chairs or places to sit unless you sit on the sofa bed. Which is low to the floor. Which is comfortable to sleep but not to sit and BS with friends. My suggestion maybe take out the little table behind the sofa bed and put a love seat or a full size couch. Other than that it was a great place.
