Muy cómodo y limpio

It was just as the pictures and the air con was brilliant. It is close to Palzzo Pitti and in the middle of the old area, 10 minute walk from ponte vecchio etc. a really great location. It was very clean, the fridge and kitchenette was very useful for breakfast before busy sightseeing days. We made use of the washer and dryer too. It was really well equipped for the few days we were there.

There was a bit of noise from neighbouring apartments, however potentially we were heard to them too. A separate kettle would have been good as we had to use the coffee percolator for hot water drinks. The biggest problem was the bedroom blind, there was no way to shut out light from neighbouring apartments.

- Great Location near Palazzo Pitti - good communication with the host. Host is very friendly and responds very good. - clean room, renovated, all basic amenities are available - good WiFi connection, which was amazing since cell connection is horrible. - easy check-in/check-out

- we lived on the last floor, so there are a lot of steps to climb. For us it was not a problem, but if you have heavy bags, it is not very comfortable. Just to keep in mind. Try communicating in advance if the rooms on lower floors are available. - loud streets and inside the building as well. Not a minus, classic situation for Italy (we had same experience in Rome, Venice etc..) - a lot of mosquitos, would be nice to have anti-repellants, because sleeping in the night was an issue - no possibility to leave bags after check-out, even though there is space, but no people In the office. The recommended storage place was just a supermarket with no secure location so anybody can walk in and out. We didn’t like it and didn’t trust to leave our bags there

Great location and clean
