The place was clean and comfortable.
The elevator was not working. Also, no humans on site to interact with.

This is a great location for exploring downtown Chattanooga. Quiet nights were a plus. The space was exactly as pictured.
It was unfortunate that the elevator was not working, but our host let us know in advance and offered us a place on a lower floor. We were content to walk up the steps to the 4th floor.
