Perfectly suited our needs as all rooms had ensuites. Property looked new and was clean.
We lost the front door key after 1st night but a prompt replacement was provided , very grateful as locked out at midnight! 👍
Minor issues only, loose door handles and sink tap. also a couple of cupboards needed the drawers re-securing. Mentioned to property team so they can address before next occupants.

The bedrooms were clean spacious and comfy. The location was good. There was no parking in front of the house but there is free parking 5 minutes walk away.
The kitchen/living area was relatively small for such a big group. If you would be with 12 then there is not enough chairs in the kitchen. There was no garden furniture.
