Very clean, comfortable and well-located
Two minor points:
Mirrors in the bedrooms would be helpful.
Wood heater is great but providing some kindling would be good.

Very conformable and spacious place to stay in Hay. The price was comparable if not cheaper than the neighbouring hotel but with the added bonus of a kitchen and family space. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nicer place to stay.
My only complaint is the Bbq needed a clean but that's a very minor thing.

Lots of room. Comfy beds. Large and well appointed bathroom and kitchen
Nothing really.
