Lots of space, equipped kitchen, ac, outdoor space
Kind of dark, no tv

Easy to park in the street for free, walking distance from the beach, quiet neighborhood.
Good communication with the host.
One uncomfortable chair on the balcony, it would have been nice to sit outside in the evening.
Recycling organisation was complicated, days of collection did not fit our schedule. Kitchen was missing some items (no sharp knife, no serving bowls or large plates)

The residential property was situated in close proximity to the sandy shoreline. The individual guest rooms were maintained in a clean condition. Furthermore, the property host thoughtfully provided both a sun umbrella and a seating chair for use at the beach, which represented a rather pleasant and considerate gesture.
We had reserved a specific room, yet upon our arrival, we were allocated a different accommodation due to an apparent issue or miscommunication between the host and the booking.com. Although they provided us with the original room we had booked for the final two nights of our stay, the overall experience and the interaction with the host were quite challenging throughout the duration of our visit.

"La posizione, a due passi da una bellissima spiaggia, e la gentilezza del proprietario. La casa inoltre è ampia e ben tenuta."
