Didn’t get the name of the guy I met at reception, but he was super friendly and helpful. A credit to the October Gallery. Room blind worked well, bed was very comfortable, area was very quiet overnight & felt safe to walk to in the dark. Good amount of wardrobe hangers.
The shower temperature was a little temperamental - could maybe do with replacing as the shower door didn’t easily close.

Location
We arrived on a Friday and realized that the shared toilet near our room was not working, I reported it immediately and they just placed a sign that said "out of order". When we checked out on Sunday that toilet was still broken. We had to use the other shared toilet that was in the other end of the hallway. In other words there was only one working toilet for 10 or 12 rooms.
