I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. It was a lovely place to stay and experience Patan, and the host was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very comfortable here and would happily come back again.
Nothing in particular. I had a very pleasant stay.

The rooms were absolutely STUNNING! Easily among the best I’ve seen in Kathmandu. There’s a real sense of care in the design and atmosphere. The apartments were fully equipped with everything you could need including a laundry facility, which was a huge plus, and anything else I required was promptly provided upon request. The hosts were responsive and handled a small booking misunderstanding quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. The service attendant was also consistently polite and helpful.
As the property is still new, the reception area is under construction, so that part felt a bit incomplete. There are also stray dogs around the premises, harmless in my experience, but something to be aware of especially when returning at night. The surrounding area can get quite busy and noisy, with frequent scooter traffic, so you do need to stay alert when walking. That said, this is more reflective of the Patan area than the property itself.

Highly recommend Newa Suite Hotel by Maison Atelier if you’re visiting Patan. The location is excellent . Located within easy walking distance to Patan Durbar Square, as well as many great restaurants and craft shops.
The room is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with separate living and bedroom areas. It’s clean, artful, and equipped with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay.
A special mention to Ranjana, who was very helpful and made the experience even more pleasant.
We will stay here again if coming to Patan
