Loved how big apartment is! Loved how big the bedrooms were and the view of the city!
Would be nicer if the bedroom blinds were room darkening.

Beautiful and spacious
Check-in and out a little complicated

Absolutely beautiful, loved the views
I did not like how confusing the check-in process was.. I also think the penthouse could have been a little cleaner.. the windows were dirty, and our socks were black after walking around on the carpet .. other than that the place looked beautiful!

Great view of the city. Right near the biggest attractions of downtown Cleveland.
Took a minute to get in the building and find the key box. Maybe a better description to find the key box if security is not at the desk.
