The location was great! It was very walkable to all the major plaza’s. The security of the outside main entrance door & the unit was impressive.

The description on the booking.com app indicated 3 bedrooms, 3 full size beds & 3 bathrooms. However, the pics showed one bedroom with bunk beds. Prior to reserving unit I reached out through the app to confirm the description of full size beds and was the bunk bed pic was posted in error. The response from the app indicated there was no bunk beds all beds were full size. This is why I reserved the unit for 6 adults. Well, upon arrival discovered one bedroom had bunk beds. Our group was 4 seniors & 2 adults 48 years old. So we were very disappointed & frustrated with the situation. . At this point we had no choice but to accept the situation & not let it ruin our vacation. All the host offered for our inconvenience was a late checkout. Which didn’t help us because we had a early flight & checkout at 7:00am. In addition it was advertised as 3 bathrooms. However, it was only 2 full bathrooms @ one half bathroom. They need to update the description of the unit online & app. Also beware of the elevator we got stuck inside not able to open door to get out. Luckily a person was coming down the stairs & help us get out.

Apartment seemed renovated and had enough bathrooms and showers and one extra bedroom. I loved the coffee that was left for us and appreciate it. Cabinet in each room is helpful for travelers. Good number of trash cans and enough cleaning supplies.

The location is shabby, and full of graffiti. Right across the street There is a center for providing free food to needy people, and every evening the street gets very crowded with people lining up for that. The elevator is very old, and guests need to carry luggages half of a floor to get on it. My friends found a dead bug and pieces of hair on their bed sheets.
