Excellente proximité avec la gare, le lac et le centre ville; localisation parfaite.
Appartement fonctionnel, décoration sommaire, manquent quelques éléments de cuisine tels que torchons et bouilloire.
Bonne literie

The location is perfect
The AC setup is bad and with no instructions you need to figure it out. Hard to access microwave where you need to place AC unit to make it work.
Toilet took forever to fill up.
Stairs were not listed and specially not the long stairs and steep at the top.

Very well located. To get there was ok but to get to the apartment was a bit challenging at night. If you have big luggage, be ready to climb a lot of stairs and the last stretch is a bit sketchy. Also there is only one sky window. The AC isn’t the best and had to run all the time but it was vey hot outside.
The apartment has everything you need to eat there and is pretty comfy.
The pillows aren’t big enough and only 2. The shower door licks.

Location
72 steps up to the property - no lift. The lock to access the building was very tricky - multiple attempts to unlock each time we accessed the door.
Apartment was very small. Unclear from multiple pictures which apartment was being allocated.

"We have rented the 3 apartements, great for a big group as we could all gather in the living room of the big apartment. Very well located, in the city center, close to all you need in Annecy."
