The studio is wonderful. Decorated with lots of style, it’s very comfortable. The communication with Caroline went perfectly smooth.

Beautifully furnished and comfortable.

The property is much bigger than the photos actually make it look - a beautifully quiet and peaceful location with easy access and everything we needed for a flying visit and would happily have stayed longer. Large, comfortable bed, plenty of space and great amenities for a quick trip or a longer stay.
Totally our fault but we forgot to bring coffee for the kitchen - plenty of tea provided (and milk in the fridge!) but played rock-paper-scissors for the one coffee pod in the morning

The studio is beautifully presented with thoughtful design throughout. It was a very comfortable space, even bigger than photos and we felt extremely relaxed. The grounds are wonderful and the walk to the Fawsley Hall for afternoon tea took mere minutes. Our 2 dogs had ample space and we easily could have stayed for longer!
