The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to many attractions, restaurants, and cafes. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean and cozy, but the real highlight is the fantastic spa right on the first floor—it’s the perfect way to unwind after a long day of walking. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

位置優異、離老城區很近!
房間稍微潮濕，設備老舊，房間沒有提供衛生紙，不慎方便。說有機場接駁服務但到到時候聯絡不上司機，非常可惜！

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Old Quarter, making it very convenient to explore the city. The room was new, modern, and spotlessly clean, which I truly appreciated. I also loved that the hotel offers a spa service with special discounted prices for guests, which made the experience even more relaxing. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
