Spending a night in the heart of the Merzouga desert is an experience that feels entirely suspended in time. Arriving at the desert camp as night falls reveals a blanket of stars so vivid and dense that the Milky Way stretches clearly across the dark sky, largely untouched by city lights. Gathering around a crackling campfire with traditional Berber drum music echoing across the dunes creates an unforgettable, soul stirring atmosphere. Sharing mint tea and local dishes under the vast expanse of the desert night sky feels both grounding and magical. Es un campamento de jaimas grandes, limpias y muy cómodas. Nosotros estuvimos dos noches para disfrutar del entorno con calma. Desayuno y comidas de una gran calidad, muy buena cocina. Como siempre el personal de una gran amabilidad, muy buena gente. Lógicamente la ubicación,ya en las dunas prácticamente, es excepcional. Una gran experiencia.

Tal y como aparece en algún otro comentario es abligatorio usar el transporte 4x4 del alojamiento para ir a las jaimas. El precio por persona era de 100 euros. Este precio incluye unos 25/30 minutos de 4x4 en las dunas camino del vivac y el camello para la puesta de sol.(Nosotros vimos la puesta de sol al día siguiente sin problema). Al final teniendo en cuenta que el precio del alojamiento más la media pensión es irrisorio y sumando este gasto tampoco es un coste exagerado, pues el precio final es bastante justo para lo que recibes. Pero si es cierto que de alguna forma deberían avisarlo en Booking, para que no haya sorpresas. Nosotros íbamos con coche de alquiler y los 100 euros persona también incluyen un parking vigilado en Merzouga, con lo que el coche queda a buen recaudo.
