Breakfast was simple but tasty

I received this on the day before we arrived!! It said: Hello Sir, good afternoon. My name is Sky, representing Inaka Cabin Kintamani. I was just informed by the owner that we are currently experiencing an issue with the water supply and air conditioning in the room. Our team is still working on the repairs, but unfortunately, we are not yet sure whether everything will be ready today or by the time of your check-in tomorrow. Due to this unexpected situation, we sincerely apologize and would like to offer you the following options: 1. Reschedule your stay from the 12th to the 13th, or 2. Stay for 1 night on the 13th, and we will refund the night of the 12th. If neither option is suitable for you, we can also assist you with processing a full refund through Booking.com. Once again, we sincerely apologize for this unexpected inconvenience. We will do our best to assist you and make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Then when we arrived at 11:30am on the 13th and as we arrived we could see that the 4 cabins were full. So then we asked how!! We were told by staff that they double booked on the 12th August!! So obviously I am very disappointed that me and my wife where pushed aside and had to book at the Kintamani villas on the 12th August! Really!! If treated like this we will never stay anywhere again as it ended up costing more than we estimated!!

L’eau avait du mal à s’évacuer au niveau de la douche Il y a des horaires pour les sources d’eau chaude qui ne sont pas précisé dans l’annonce (eau pas super chaude) Beaucoup de mouche en journée
