Proximity to the main road and shopping malls.
The behaviour of staff was excellent.
Clean Spacious rooms
A promise to be refunded the room we couldn't have, coming back here to report whether it was met or not.
Lack of preparedness on our arrival. The receptionist had to call the manager and despite announcing ourselves we were asked who we were?, who did the booking? How many nights etc.. We booked 3 rooms and got two, our partner who arrived later was told it is fully booked.. Not being refunded on the spot
Mattress too old, squeaky and rolls one to the centre
No tea/ coffee in the rooms for the price paid compared to similar establishments around town or the country
