Great location. The hotel is new and clean. The pool and hot tubs are EXCELLENT. Breakfast was very good, a lot of options! The rustic style of the hotel was very inviting. The Crawford bar was excellent with great flatbreads and drinks. We spent 2 nights at the fire pits (and then inside the bar due to rain!) playing guitar and singing. It was so fun.
The walls are soundproofed and quiet. We were on the 4th floor, it was very quiet overall.
The water pressure is DISMAL. It was hard to shower with the piddle of water. And the AC / heater unit was.... ish, at best. There was no option to turn on the fan on low or high. It turned on and off randomly and was very obnoxious at night. We woke up in the middle of the night too warm because it wasn't running. It wasn't intuitive or easy to use.

Hotel accogliente ma allo stesso tempo moderno, fantastico ristorante nelle vicinanze, colazione ampia. Piscina a disposizione molto comoda, bar e lounge confortevoli. Lo consiglio assolutamente

Breakfast was OK, nothing special. It was just the usual stuff you would expect.
The hvac system was awful. It always had this pitch cycling hum that was totally annoying. It would periodically shut off, usually in the middle of the night leaving us to roast under the covers or get chilled if the covers were off.
