It's managed by a letting agency. The staff were really prompt, professional and friendly with my last minute booking. I got a towel and a quiet, warm room with a cosy bed. The shower worked well. The WiFi instructions weren't up to date but I was able to ask a housemate, and it was fast and reliable. Walking distance from parks, Riverside and city centre.
People use this house to live, it's not a hostel and it's not a holiday stay. The people were friendly though. There's a shared kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has mould, and you'll have to use other people's utensils if you didn't bring your own for the kitchen. It's not kept clean outside of the bedroom and the towel had toothpaste stains. Pillows were flat. Bedding had food stains.
