Location, clean, good size rooms and bathroom
Backyard messy, lawn needs maintenance.
Watered down dishwashing liquid, no tea towels.

The house was ideally located for our visit to the Central Coast. Facilities where just fine for our short stay.
Some insect spray to kill the ants in the upper kitchen cupboards would have been helpful. The ants had mostly gone by the morning, so possibly why they get missed by anyone cleaning the premises.

Location for Woy Woy Hospital and easy to find with the boat outside. Instructions and communication was also very good. Home is good value for money and has all you need.
There was a smell in the bathroom initially when showering and then at the end was always there (not due to toilet use!) and it may be related to the bathroom needing a bit of an upgrade at some stage. Not sure but needs to be looked at.
