I appreciated starting my mornings with a good breakfast here. The kitchen staff were helpful and prepared food that was simple but enjoyable. The housekeeping team also deserves praise for keeping my room tidy and clean every day. Everything felt well maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my stay.

The food quality was great, and the kitchen staff always provided friendly service. After a day of exploring Hanoi, it was wonderful to return to a room that was carefully cleaned and well maintained by the housekeeping team. The combination of good good and excellent cleanliness made the experience even better.

We arrived late at night and the staff checked us in at 2am which we appreciated. The staff acted on our complaints and allocated another room with a city view after the issues we experienced. The location was also great.

We are very easy going and we don't have high expectations for the prices that we pay but our number 1 rule is that our stay must be clean. We arrived at 2:30am after catching a night bus from Ha Giang. Upon arrival I noticed small dots on the walls in our room just to find out that there were bugs crawling all over the walls of our room. The room was very dirty and they were busy with construction in the hotel which we weren't warned about when we made the booking. I really tried to be careful and couldn't understand the situation based on their bookings.com score. Rather look for alternative options.
