The property was good and room were spacious.
The washrooms could have been more clean. Also the lift music was really irritating and noisy. Further the parking facility was available but they charge separately for it which is not informed before booking confirmation and advance payment although we didn’t pay for parking but that created chaos on arrival at the hotel, also the room that was booked for our booking dates was not given to us on the first day of booking and booked for other guests. This was not at all professional behavior of the hotel staff although after arguing they gave us the room that we have booked the next day.
