Set within the Plemmirio Marine Reserve, Timeless is a private 90 sqm villa surrounded by 8,000 sqm of Mediterranean landscape. The 80 sqm heated infinity pool overlooks the sea, with uninterrupted views stretching from Plemmirio to Capo Passero. Olive, carob, almond and fig trees frame the property, creating a rare sense of space, privacy and tranquillity.

Living at Timeless

The villa has been designed to make the most of its exceptional setting. Large windows open the interiors towards the sea, while the generous outdoor areas invite you to spend most of the day outside.

The heart of the property is the infinity pool, where the horizon seems to merge with the water. It is heated for comfortable swimming and surrounded by spacious areas for relaxing, reading, sunbathing or simply taking in the view.

A shaded veranda provides a cooler place during the warmer hours and a natural setting for breakfast, lunch or an evening aperitivo. As the day fades, the outdoor spaces become the perfect place to enjoy the changing colours of the sky and the quiet of the surrounding landscape.

The villa

Timeless comfortably accommodates up to five guests and offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The interiors are simple, bright and welcoming, with a focus on comfort rather than formality. The living area connects naturally with the outdoor spaces, keeping the sea and landscape present throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy preparing meals at home, whether it is a simple breakfast before heading out for the day or a long dinner enjoyed together in the evening.

The garden

The villa sits within approximately 8,000 sqm of private Mediterranean landscape, giving guests an unusual feeling of space and seclusion.

Olive, carob, almond and fig trees, together with Mediterranean vegetation and the natural character of the Plemmirio landscape, surround the house. There are several places to sit and relax, so you can always find your own corner — in the sun, beneath the trees or beside the pool.

The garden is not simply an extension of the villa; it is part of the experience of staying at Timeless.

The setting

Timeless is located in Plemmirio, within the Marine Protected Area just outside Syracuse.

The setting offers a different pace from the city: mornings begin with the sea, days can be spent swimming or exploring the coast, and evenings return to the quiet of the villa.

At the same time, Syracuse and the historic island of Ortigia are within easy reach by car, making Timeless a convenient base for discovering southeastern Sicily.

A car is recommended, particularly for exploring the surrounding area and reaching beaches, restaurants, archaeological sites and the historic towns of the Val di Noto.
