Foi minha segunda vez na hospedagem e continuo gostando muito do local! O espaço é limpo, organizado, as camas são confortáveis, a decoração é agradável e a cozinha tem tudo o que precisamos. Além disso, o preço é bastante acessível e percebi algumas melhorias desde a última estadia.

alguns pontos precisam de atenção: havia muitos mosquitos no quarto, como sou alérgica, incomodou bastante. Outra coisa é que não é a primeira vez que percebo que todos os chuveiros que utilizei deram pequenos choques na torneira, o que considero uma questão importante de segurança. Não sei por qual motivo, desta vez não tivemos a identificação facial cadastrada na entrada. Isso gerou um transtorno no check-out, pois eu e minha amiga ficamos cerca de 20 minutos sem conseguir entrar para pegar as malas, até que, por sorte, outro hóspede nos ajudou. Quase perdemos nosso transporte de volta.

The hostel was overall fine. It’s spacious with lots of dormitories, a small kitchen and a 24/7 reception with friendly staff. I liked that there was a separate bathroom for females, although there was no water pressure in the evening making it unusable. I liked the curtains around each bed in the dorm, although one piece of curtain was missing between my bed and the other bed which turned out to be important, especially when you are a female and the person next to you is a drunk male. The female bathroom was kept kinda clean but most of the cleaning is superficial, floors and lockers are not all done or not fully. The location is alright depending on what you are here for. It’s surrounded by bars so if that’s your goal, perfect. The subway station is a 10 minute walk so it’s not too bad, however it’s not well connected to the main attractions of SP so it actually takes a long time to go anywhere from here. Overall I would not recommend this hostel to people who come to explore SP or want to meet other travellers but it is a decent hostel. Staff was nice and let me keep my bags there for a couple of hours after check out.

I didn’t enjoy my three night stay at this hostel. The thing that bothered me the most was the constant noise from the airplanes which pass very close above the hostel all day long, from the early hours. It is EXTREMELY loud and really shocked me out of my sleep on the first morning. Thats not the hostel’s fault but I think it is important to mention it for future travelers because it is not really mentioned in the description of the hostel. If I would have known that in advance I would have not booked this hostel. The hostel did not give me a vibe of a place where you meet people. There were few people and most seemed to not be travellers but to stay here for a while. People barely interact with each otter, and nothing is done to create an atmosphere of exchange. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I want to mention it so people know what kind of vibe there is. At least, that’s my experience when I was there. I was also the only female guest the whole time, and I had a random drunk man coming into the room to sleep and snore right next to me for two nights which made me feel quite uncomfortable on top of preventing me from sleeping. Quiet hours (from 10pm to 10am) are also not really enforced, neither by the guests nor by some of the staff. I also found the bed not comfortable, with a plastic mattress that is slippery, a very big and hard pillow, and a tiny fleece blanket which doesn’t really warms you up but gets sticky instead. I don’t find it good business when a hostel provides only a thin blanket without a linen and asks you to pay if you want an extra one. We already pay for the hosting service, I don’t understand why we have to pay to not be cold, that should be included. Kitchen is also not super well equipped, so I didnt cook anything. The goal of this review is to give a detailed feedback to inform future guests as I wished I had been informed prior to booking. I do want to highlight that the hostel is decent and this is just my personal impressions.
