New, modern equipped, very good breakfast
Too expensive. Even if it is a good new hotel, it is in a small city, has small rooms and self check-in. Such hotels (for example Toyoko Inn) cost in Japan 7000 to 8000 yen per night, this one was 14000 per night - during week, not at weekend.
Not only civil aviation, but also millitary jets start at the airport. They can start anytime (during my stay they started at 4:40 am) and they are extremely loud. It is of course the problem for all hotels in Chitose.

Great location near CTS airport. Great for travellers wanting to avoid the long commute between Sapporo and the airport. Friendly staff, clean, very good breakfast.
The surrounding area is not very lively, there are a few construction sites and there isn't much to do.
