Location is good. Apartment is clean and comfortable.

Unreliable "virtual key" building entry system. Faulty roller shutters.

Room itself seemed nice enough at first but it’s pretty much all cheap IKEA furniture but sufficient for short term stay. It was a strange property. Felt very desolate and cold upon entry into building. Have to go up several stairs steps to get to the landing where the elevator was to get to our unit. Can’t use elevator to up to our room upon entering but can use it to leave. There was no AC and when the windows are open, we could hear the street noises well into the night—passerby and cars on a fairly busy street. The fan provided was very small and we couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work—-weather was cool outside but we were warm inside. Entering the building the first time was easy enough following the instructions on the link that was emailed but when we tried using same emailed link that said show virtual keys—nothing happened—had to get door code by calling—only answered after couple tries. All the info however was on the message from the Booking.com site and not on the email sent to check in! I had to call property to get door code to enter the apartment. The most inconvenient part was the shower. There is only a shower curtain around the shower area and the whole bathroom flooded after showering because water could not drain fast enough. Water was still there a couple hours after showering. The bottom of the bathroom cabinet and shower door looked water logged so it looked to us that this is a typical situation. For the price, I guess it’s ok but I would not recommend this place. We are frequent overseas travelers and have booked many rooms from Booking.com and this property is by far the worst room we’ve ever had! Definitely cannot in good conscience recommend this place. There were other issues but not worth the trouble to post!
