R2 Lago Playa Park

In primis l'organizzazione di tutto il personale,compresi quelli addetti ai lavori esterni, Poi la struttura veramente spettacolare,i ragazzi dell'animazione così empatici e coinvolgenti, tornerò sicuramente.

Non c'è nulla ché non mi sia piaciuto.

The location is awesome, the beach is right across the street and the town centre is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant with two pools of good size, pool bar, a lot of greenery in the yard, tables to eat outside and nice architecture. There were organised events every day to cover different tastes - stretching, music nights, market trips, sangria tasting, kids entertaining and others. The food was abundant, tasty and from all kind. Many cocktails and other drinks were included in the all-inclusive, which made it a pleasure to lay down on the sunbeds around the pools in the evening and enjoying a drink under the calming lights. It was very easy to find a parking slot right in front of the hotel since there is a spacious area designated to that + additional smaller self-established parking area near it which looked like done by the hotel. On every floor there were water dispensers to pour cold water for free. The room was spacious and with enough shelves and cupboards to store our luggage and feel comfortable. The bathroom had a nice shower, everything worked fine. Beds were very comfortable, the AC was adjustable, everything was clean. Staff were very friendly and also respectful to personal space. The gym, sauna and inner pool were in another building across the yard, honestly we never saw the sauna or the inner pool to be open but we were more interested in the sea. The gym was working.

The only disappointing thing in the room was the terrace with the view - absolutely no privacy on it since the terraces on the floor were separated with plastic barrier but with 20 cm gap from the wall, so we could see and hear each other with the whole row on the floor. That killed our desire to go out at all there, let alone to relax there. Also, the view was advertised as "sea" but we were seeing just a small line from the sea, because our main view was of the roof of the entrance of the building. The activities could be a bit more "Spanish" too - now the music nights were more disco, German or English songs. I understand a lot of Germans go there and for some reason want to feel at home but other tourists want to feel in Spain when they have gone to Spain, so typical Spanish music or dances could be included at least once in the week.

Le personnel est d'une amabilité sans faille, et très chaleureux. Nous avions une chambre au 5ème et dernier étage vue mer, qui était absolument idyllique. Le lit était parfaitement confortable, le balcon assez grand finalement. La salle de bain est digne d'un presque 5 étoiles. Il y a tout le confort usuel dans cette chambre au 5ème étage. La localisation à côté d'une petite plage est parfaite, non pas pour la journée où elle est prise d'assaut dès 10h du matin, mais pour s'y promener en fin de soirée. Il y a un petit parking gratuit juste en face de l'entrée de l'hôtel, mais il contient à peine une vingtaine de places. C'est plutôt drôle qu'un sujet positif ou négatif, mais il y a des soirées où tous les hôtels du quartier font ensemble leur soirée chantante en extérieur, résultat on peut entendre 2 ou 3 chanteuses en même temps à 30 mètres d'écart, et avec les nombreux bâtiments alentours ça fait résonnance. On est clairement dans un endroit pour le tourisme de masse, de qualité correcte.

C'est un style d'hébergement que certains peuvent apprécier, mais ça n'était pas mon cas : salle de repas contenant 200 personnes donc extrêmement bruyante et speed. Beaucoup de groupes de touristes très bruyants. Le quartier de l'hôtel en lui-même est calme, mais à 2 minutes à pied se collent les uns aux autres des bars bruyants, qui, très souvent, ne sont fréquentés que par les Allemands et diffusent de la musique allemande. C'est très bien sans doute pour certaines personnes ! Mais ça n'est absolument pas un endroit pour passer quelques nuits au calme, ou bien pour trouver de l'authenticité. La ville en elle-même est vraiment peu sympathique : restaus et bars, on est dans l'industrie touristique de masse avec un M majuscule. Ce n'est pas un joli tourisme, de ce côté-là. Attention, le quartier de l'hôtel en lui-même est hyper calme (aucun bruit passé minuit), le bruit dont je parle se situe à de nombreuses minutes de marche. Quelques cheveux d'anciens clients dans les serviettes de salle de bain pourtant lavées. La qualité de la nourriture en buffet libre à volonté est tout juste correcte, il ne faut pas en attendre une qualité restaurant. C'est mangeable et ça remplit l'estomac mais ça n'est pas spécialement bon. Le rapport qualité/prix est un peu en dessus de ce qu'il mériterait, pour moi.
