From ICN airport I went there with 1 bus (6006). It took arround 70-80 mins. The location is so close to lotte tower and the street is always live. Bath was nice. Staff was so helpful.
My room needed more air

Location was very convenient, also close to the Jamsil airport limousine bus station too. The room was spacious. The hotel staff was very responsive to my questions prior my arrival.
There could be more supplies (cups, plates) for dining in the room. I did not really like the mattress toper which is made from a synthetic leather kind material. Having only a bedsheet on it, I was hot and sweaty while sleeping. There should be a textile thin layer on that topper and then the bedsheet, if the hotel wants to protect the mattress.
